Last Friday Kanye West released a G.O.O.D. Friday track that, among others, featured Lupe Fiasco. If you missed it, you can grab the track here.

Anyway, Fiasco announced a new single “The Show Goes On” via his Twitter the other day, and it’s a cool track, so we wanted to share it with you here. “The Show Goes On” was produced by Kane Beatz and is the first single off Fiasco’s upcoming album, Lasers, which is slated to be released in March of 2011.

  1. Oh my gosh, what song does this sound like??? I can’t think of it at all. This is going to drive me nutso. Did it remind you of anything when you first heard it?

  2. HA totally is the name of the song, the end when they are singing “Alright already we’ll all float on.
    (Alright)” it totally sounds like the beginning of this only slower.

  3. LOL! Do you think that we’re running out of melodies and it’s inevitable that people will write similar melodies?
