Happy Father’s Day to all of you fortunate dads out there! It’s YOUR day today, so go get what’s yours…. you know what I mean… yeah, that’s right…
It’s June so that must mean that a bunch of people graduated from somewhere. It’s that time of year where we see a lot of “Congratulations!” or “Congraduations!” type of stuff, and it’s not uncommon to see people do-up their cars with those sorts of messages. So I’m driving down the road and pull up behind one of those cars.
Here’s what I saw:

Take a closer look and notice what’s around the word “son.” Yep, you see it, too? QUOTATION MARKS.
Like air-quotes.
Like meaning that their son isn’t really a “son.”
Like it’s their daughter… or llama?
I don’t get it… do you?
Is there ANYONE out there that can possibly shed some light on this for me? If I were their “son,” I’d be BUMMED. I mean, what are those parents trying to say?
And now, in honor of all the dads out there, is the most perfect song for this day.

Great song… yeah, that message is odd. Hopefully, it’s some family inside joke. Looks like their “son” might attend Cucamonga Middle School. That’s what the CMS sticker on the right hand side means. My brother-in-law designed those for the school district.
Maybe it’s not their real son, but someone the family is close to. Like a neighbor’s kid.
Or maybe their “son” is the dog mascot of the team.
Or maybe they are just “quote-happy.” Like “everything” needs to be “in quotes.”
Nice border.
Well, at least “our” is not in quotes.
HAPPY FATHER’S DAY… who ever the father is…… ROFLMAO!!!
My son will go to that school next year…maybe I can find out who their “son” is HAHA!!!
Well, let me know how it turns out!
