If you feel like we’ve been talking about Boston band Passion Pit a lot lately, well, you’re right, we have. There has been so much buzz surrounding this band and their upcoming release, Manners… between new singles dropping left and right, the album coming out in just under a month, and now a new video for their first single, “The Reeling”, Passion Pit is doing all the right things to get their music heard… as it should be. So far I’m really digging what I hear and am definitely looking forward to hearing the rest of the album.
So, today we bring you a new single from the band titled “Moth’s Wings” as well as the new music video for the first single, “The Reeling”.
I must say… that’s gotta be one of the coolest videos I’ve seen in a long time.
Manners is set to be released on May 19th via Frenchkiss. The band is gearing up for a lengthy tour across the US, with the first date being at the Sasquatch! Festival on May 23rd. Rarely a band comes around that deserves this much hype, but Passion Pit deserves all the praise they get, they’re an unbelievably talented group. Their chunk of change EP was amazing and I’m listening to this song, its outstanding! Go Passion Pit!
